• This project will be local to Norwich, based in the Earlham area.  Professional musicians and artists will collaborate with Jose to bring the music, dance, art and spectacle of Cuban carnival to Norwich, and then to take it firstly to local and later to national carnivals in England.  Participants will be drawn from youth groups, schools, local clubs etc. There  will also be an emphasis on groups with learning difficulties, socially excluded minorities etc., so please get in touch if your group is interested in taking part.
